The Property Centre announced as Best Estate Agent in the UK

The Property Centre has been announced as the Best Regional Estate Agency Group in the UK at this year’s ESTAS Awards. The awards recognise excellence in estate agencies across the UK based on reviews received from real clients.

It was a bumper year for The Property Centre team who came away with a staggering nine awards including the most sought-after accolade of Best Estate Agent Office in the UK for their branch in Cheltenham.

The regional and national winners of The ESTAS Awards were announced last Friday during the prestigious annual ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane. The awards were presented by the UK’s favourite property expert, Phil Spencer, in front of over 1,000 of the country’s top property professionals.

Additionally, The Property Centre’s Cheltenham office secured Gold for Best Estate Agency Group in the Southern Region, while the St. John’s branch in Worcester earned Gold for Best Estate Agency Group in the West Midlands.

Further accolades included Silver awards for the Quedgeley and Worcester branches in their respective regional categories. The Property Centre also claimed the title of Best In County for both Gloucestershire and the West Midlands.

Simon Trippett, company partner at The Property Centre said, “To win so many awards is an incredible achievement. For our Cheltenham office to be ranked the Best Estate Agency Office in the whole of the UK, for The Property Centre to be ranked the Best Estate Agency Group throughout the UK and for us to pick up both Gold and Silver for the Southern and West Midlands regions is nothing short of phenomenal.

“We wouldn’t have received these awards if it wasn’t for all the hard work and dedication of our staff. The exceptional service that they all provide, day in and day out, is why we were so victorious at the ESTAS and is a testament to the way the whole team go above and beyond for our customers.”

The ESTAS Awards, which marked its 21st anniversary this year, honours the best agents, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers in the UK. The top prizes are awarded based on the service ratings estate agents achieved via customer reviews submitted to the ESTAS platform.

House buyers give reviews at the end of their moving experience and ESTAS monitors service ratings over 12 months giving a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that has been delivered to an agent’s customers.

During his speech at the event, Phil Spencer said, “What we’ve created goes way beyond the awards. The ESTAS is now a community of like-minded property professionals all focused on one objective – to deliver the best possible service they can time and again for their clients.

“You’ve all been incredibly brave with your businesses, by joining our community you’ve declared your intentions to provide the highest standards of service and you’re prepared to prove it.”

ESTAS strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine and the shortlist for this year’s awards was calculated following the evaluation of hundreds of thousands of customer review ratings.

Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS, said, “Moving house is one of the most stressful experiences we all have to deal with in life so finding the right professionals to guide you through the journey is vital.

“At The ESTAS we put the spotlight on those firms that are delivering the best customer service in the property sector. The results are based purely on verified customer reviews so the winners really have been judged by the people that matter.”
