Richborough has applied to build up to 95 homes on a site at Royal Wootton Bassett.
The housebuilder is seeking outline permission from Wiltshire Council to develop a 6.78-hectare site to the west of Marlborough Road in the south of the town.
The proposal for the site, which is made up of three parcels of arable farming land, promises a 40 per cent proportion of affordable homes involving a mix of tenures.
The team on the project includes McLoughlin Planning, Thrive Architects, Hub Transport and Rappor which is providing an air quality assessment.
