Commercial property in Norwich Lanes heads to auction


The three-storey building on Lower Goat Lane was previously home to The Games Table, a board game cafe that closed in November after six years in business.

The building offers 6,205 square feet of space and the ground floor, which was used as a shop and cafe, is 2,804 square feet including storage and staff areas.

It was previously let to The Games Table at £35,000 per year.

The building is now empty and, subject to planning permission, could suit a range of new uses.
