Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: After losing steam, the Nifty index has bounced back, roaring with a rise of over 100 points. Some of the biggest volume buzzers today are Aster DM Health, Nykaa, Natco Pharma, Latent View and Motilal Oswal.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The markets continue to remain volatile as the day’s trade progresses further. The Nifty remains in the green, just above the 25,500 mark. Meanwhile, the Sensex also retains similar gains, trading around 83,500.
The banking index trades in red with a decline of over 30 points.
While defence stocks have been largely volatile, swinging between gains and losses, the Nifty Auto index has stood out with a surge, along with metal stocks. Some of the biggest volume buzzers today are Aster DM Health, Nykaa, Natco Pharma, Latent View and Motilal Oswal.
Earlier, metal stocks rose in the opening hours. The shares of Nykaa and D-Mart are in focus. Nykaa shares decline by over 4% after a major block deal. The broader markets are also trading with minimal movement, as small-cap and mid-cap indices trade flat.
