Scots house hunters have been left in stitches after spotting a pet Labrador in every photograph of a Falkirk flat for sale.
A listing for the two-bed property on Seaton Place went on the market last month at offers over £75,000.
The advert on Rightmove shows off the home’s spacious rooms including the bedrooms, bathroom, and living room – all featuring a Labrador proudly posing in every room.
In one photo, the pet can be seen gazing out of the living room window, showing potential buyers the view of Callendar Park estate.
In the primary bedroom the delighted dog can be seen posing up next to a large double bed. In the spare bedroom the pet can be seen again, this time looking rather grumpy, while sitting beside the spare bed.
The spacious kitchen comes fully furnished – and the dutiful dog can be seen showing off the size of the room while staring at the photographer.
The Labrador also pawsed to pose in the bathroom, hallway and utility room.
Estate agents 99Home wrote on the listing: “The flat has two generous size bedrooms, a walk-in shower, kitchen, utility room and large living room.
“The flat is on the second floor and enjoys beautiful views across the park, it is heated with efficient electric central heating which was installed in 2016.
“It is double glazed throughout, there is a door entry system which can be monitored by CCTV through your TV.
“There is a lot of cupboard space in the flat including a utility room which could be transformed into a small office.”

Scots are now demanding to know whether the dog comes with the property after the unusual listing went viral.
One person wrote: “This is pawfect.”
Another person asked: “Does he come with the flat?”
A third said: “I’ll buy the flat if the dog’s included.”
Rightmove and gLocalAgents were asked for comment.
