Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk Is Selling His Scottsdale Mansion for $6.5M

Charlie Kirk, founder of the conservative youth activist organization Turning Point USA, is turning away from his Scottsdale, AZ, property.

The political pundit has listed the six-bedroom, six-bath home for $6,495,000. The 6,800-square-foot home last changed hands in June 2023 for $4,750,000.

Located in the upscale Silverleaf community, the custom-built mansion sits on a premium three-quarter-acre lot. The Spanish-style structure has exposed beams in the living area, wood-on-wood tones in the kitchen, and plain white walls throughout the many rooms

The great room features a fireplace and louvered and clerestory windows. The kitchen sports an enormous island, an apron-front sink, and a double-door fridge and freezer combo.

There are more fireplaces in the den and primary suite, which also includes two walk-in closets, a sitting area, a coffee bar, and a luxe bath with a soaking tub.

Amenities include a wet bar and wine room, smart home security, a three-car garage, and a sweet guest casita.

Outside, there’s a heated pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace, and lots of grassy areas for kids and dogs to romp.

Kirk hosts the nationally syndicated radio program “The Charlie Kirk Show” and is the author of “Campus Battlefield.”
