MANULIFE Philippines and Manulife Investments Philippines have integrated their insurance and investment services into a single digital platform, allowing customers to manage policies and unit investment trust funds (UITFs) through the Manulife App.
The feature enables users to access Manulife iFUNDS directly within the app, creating a unified interface where customers can view insurance coverage, pay premiums and monitor their investment portfolios.
“As customers’ needs continue to evolve, they increasingly expect financial services to offer the same simplicity and convenience as the best digital experiences in their everyday lives,” Manulife Philippines President and CEO Rahul Hora said.
“By making iFUNDS accessible through the Manulife App, we’re creating a more connected experience, so customers can stay on top of their protection and plan their financial future with greater ease and confidence,” he added.
Manulife iFUNDS is the company’s digital investment platform that allows clients to subscribe, switch and redeem UITFs, as well as track fund performance and monitor portfolios online.
Manulife Investments Philippines President and CEO Aira Gaspar said the move was part of efforts to deepen digital engagement with customers and expand access to wealth management solutions.
