CBRE has appointed Ed Buttery as managing director of its property management business in the UK.
Having worked for the consultancy for the past eight years, most recently served as managing director across Northern Europe at CBRE, Buttery will step up next month.
Prior to joining CBRE, Buttery has held senior operational and commercial leadership roles at Mitie and Salisbury Group.
Robert Lodder, head of property management for Europe at CBRE, said: “This announcement strengthens our commitment to delivering tailored client service as we continue to evolve and expand our presence and collaboration in market and across Europe.”
Buttery’s transition follows the appointment of Simon Henderson, formerly head of property management in the UK, into the role of chief operating officer for property management in Europe earlier this year.
