Armalytix launches Complete Compliance Bundles for property transactions – The Intermediary

Armalytix has launched Complete Compliance Bundles to cut out duplication and delays in property transactions. 

The new service lets firms combine digital ID, Source of Funds, AML, fraud and affordability checks into one journey, meeting the needs of home movers at different stages. 

The aim is to streamline the process and reduce the need for home movers to provide the same information several times.

The platform has been built for the property sector, allowing estate agents, brokers, lenders and conveyancers to work from consistent, verified information. 

Key features include a single digital journey, compliance coverage across ID and funds checks, customisable workflows, real-time visibility of compliance status and upfront data capture to reduce repeated checks.
