Clifford Chance advises on a multi-currency financing for Todoplay in Peru, Chile and Ecuador

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander Peru S.A. as sole lead arranger, bookrunner and lender, and the lenders, in connection with the multi-currency, senior secured credit facilities to sporting goods retailer in the Andean Region, Todoplay LLC (Todoplay) and certain of its subsidiaries in Chile, Peru and Ecuador. The financing includes a term loan and revolving credit facilities denominated in US dollars, Peruvian Soles and Chilean Pesos. The proceeds of the facilities will be applied to consolidate debt as well as to support general corporate needs and operations of Todoplay and its subsidiaries.
