Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The markets are under immense pressure, with the Nifty index falling over 150 points, dropping to 24,250. The Nifty Bank is down 300 points, falling to 57,800. Jio Finance, Asian Paints and Shriram Finance are the top losers today.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The markets are on the decline again, as the Strait of recovery for the Nifty has been hit by volatility. The Nifty is down about 150 points, falling to 24,250. The Sensex is down over 400 points, falling to the 77,750 mark.
While the 24,482 to 24,530 zone has now emerged as a new congestion point for the Nifty, it still managed a higher high and a higher low on Tuesday.
The Nifty Bank is also on a similar footing, moving under pressure, falling over 400 points. The Banking index remains above the 58,000 mark, although that level will be key to defend on the downside.
Stock-specific activity will hold the key as the broader market underperformance remains a concern. Keep an eye on stocks like Adani Enterprises, ONGC, ideaForge, Cochin Shipyard, IT stocks and more.
