Estate agency franchise Winkworth has appointed The Oracle Group to manage its public relations and communications strategy across its UK and international operations.
The appointment marks a strategic move by the London-based agency network to enhance its national profile whilst maintaining focus on the local expertise of its franchise offices. The Oracle Group will support communications for Winkworth’s UK business, as well as its operations in Spain and the Asia-Pacific region.
Agency credentials
Founded in 2011, The Oracle Group specialises in property sector communications, providing PR, content, digital marketing, social media and event support. The agency’s appointment comes as estate agencies increasingly focus on digital communications strategies to reach potential buyers and investors.

Established in 1835, Winkworth operates more than 100 independently owned offices across London, regional and coastal markets. The business serves a registered community of approximately 175,000 buyers and tenants and has operated under a franchise model since the early 1980s.
The appointment comes as the property sector faces challenging market conditions, with agencies seeking to strengthen their market positioning through enhanced communications strategies.
