In-game purchases just got a little easier in Escape from Tarkov. Battlestate Games has launched the “Expansions Hub,” an in-game store designed to make purchases in-game easier for players. This update embeds the storefront within the game, making it easier to buy customizations and similar items without significantly disrupting gameplay.
Here are the features players can expect from this update:
- The “Expansions Hub” catalogue combines classic items from the official website with the exclusive offers listed below.
- These include the PvE upgrade and the unique PMC voice lines from the head of Battlestate Games, Nikita Buyanov.
- Players now have the option to buy upper and lower clothing items separately, enabling them to mix and match outfits without the need to purchase a full set.
- Players can also purchase themed clothing bundles and stash expansion packages at reduced prices.
Along with this update comes the arrival of “TarCoins,” a newly implemented in-game currency that players can use inside the “Expansions Hub.”

So, what exactly are “TarCoins”?
With the launch of the “Expansions Hub” in Escape From Tarkov comes the new in-game currency, “TarCoins.” These “TarCoins” can only be used exclusively within the “Expansions Hub.”
How can you get “TarCoins?
- You can find them during raids.
- They can also be purchased through the website or on Steam.
Perks to the “TarCoins”

What is Escape from Tarkov?

Escape from Tarkov is a hardcore and realistic online first-person action RPG/Simulator with MMO features and a story-driven walkthrough.
With each passing day, the situation in the Norvinsk region grows more and more complicated. Incessant warfare in Tarkov has sparked massive panic; the local population has fled the city, but those who stayed are looking to improve their fortunes at the expense of others.
Having accepted the new reality, savage Tarkov locals – “Scavs” flocked into well-armed gangs and started the redivision of the city. Nowadays, Tarkov is separated by unseen borders, controlled by different groups. Gain-greedy gunmen would go to any length to have their way, including the murder of civilians and direct confrontation with the two private military companies.
