Brown&Co residential partner David Hinton has announced the appointment of Theo de Soissons to the role of auction manager.
Theo joined Brown&Co in February 2019 and has spent his career working across all aspects of the residential department in Norwich, gaining a wealth of experience and local market knowledge along the way.
He is looking forward to continuing the development of Brown&Co’s auction offering across the region, supported by the firm’s residential team in Norwich and chartered surveyor and consultant, Peter Hornor.
The appointment follows a strong start to the year for Brown&Co’s auction department.
Highlights have included the sale of 10 Lime Tree Road, a detached Grade II listed property within Norwich’s sought-after Town Close Estate, which achieved £959,000.
The team also secured an excellent result on a substantial high-yielding investment property in Dereham, selling for £656,000, alongside agreeing a sale prior to auction on a large detached property in East Runton that had been converted into three self-contained units.
Further notable results have been achieved on a range of property and land across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Brown&Co’s next online auction will take place on July 28, 2026, and will feature a varied catalogue including a detached bungalow in Reydon, Suffolk, a building plot in Little Plumstead, and properties in Dereham, North Walsham, Banham and Norwich city centre.
Entries are now being invited for the firm’s August auction.
Anyone with a property they believe may be suitable for auction is encouraged to contact the team to discuss the available options.
