NREIT Targets ₦30.4 Billion Capital Raise for Property Expansion


The offer opened on 9 July 2026, with investors invited to subscribe to 289.63 million units priced at ₦105 per unit. According to the fund manager, proceeds from the offering will be deployed to acquire high-quality, income-producing real estate assets that align with NREIT’s long-term investment strategy.

Capital Raise to Support Portfolio Expansion

NREIT said the Series 6 Offer represents another step in strengthening its property portfolio and expanding its presence across Nigeria’s commercial real estate market.

The trust currently has a capitalisation of more than ₦180 billion, making it the largest and most capitalised real estate investment trust in Nigeria. Upon completion of the fundraising exercise, its total capitalisation is expected to exceed ₦210 billion, providing additional capacity to pursue new investment opportunities.

The fund manager stated that the strategy focuses on acquiring assets capable of generating stable rental income while delivering long-term value to investors.
