Reyfield launches UNITORA to expand access to real estate investment

By Peter Oyedele, Abuja

Reyfield Properties has launched UNITORA, a fractional real estate ownership platform designed to make property investment more accessible to Nigerians, Africans and members of the diaspora.

The platform enables individuals to buy shares in income-generating real estate assets, offering a more affordable pathway to property investment without the need to purchase an entire property.

Speaking at the launch in Abuja on Thursday, the Managing Director of Reyfield Properties, Dr. Samuel Ndubuisi-Brown, said UNITORA was created to remove the financial barriers that have traditionally limited participation in the real estate sector.

He explained that the platform operates on a fractional ownership model, allowing investors to own stakes in income-generating properties while broadening access to wealth creation opportunities.

According to him, the future of real estate investment lies in expanding participation rather than limiting ownership to a few individuals.

“For years, property has remained one of the strongest tools for building wealth, yet many people have been unable to take part because ownership has often been beyond their reach. UNITORA was created to change that by opening the door to more people who want to build wealth through property,” he said.

Ndubuisi-Brown said the initiative reflects Reyfield Properties’ commitment to providing investment solutions that meet the changing needs of investors while encouraging greater participation in the real estate market.

He said the company’s goal is to make income-generating real estate assets accessible, professionally managed and rewarding for investors.

The managing director added that the company aims to become a leading platform for fractional real estate ownership in Nigeria, helping individuals and families build long-term wealth through property investments.

He noted that countries such as Dubai have demonstrated the potential of fractional real estate ownership in expanding investment opportunities and wealth creation.

Ndubuisi-Brown also said the project is located within a fully developed and secure environment, expressing confidence in its long-term viability.

Reyfield Properties said it expects UNITORA to broaden access to real estate investment by providing a structured and professionally managed platform for fractional ownership of income-generating properties.
