Detectives have launched an investigation after a home was robbed in broad daylight.
The incident took place in the Old Dailly area of Ayrshire between 11am and 4pm on Friday, July 31, 2026, when thieves broke into the property and stole watches and jewellery.

Detective Constable Lynsey Menzies of CID said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area to come forward.

“I would appeal to motorists to check their dash-cam footage and contact police if they have captured anything that might be of interest as it could assist our enquiries.”
