The index is looking to avoid the 6th straight day of losses, after falling 5 sessions in a row. The Sensex is also down, with losses of over 250 points, falling to 77,500
With the index closing below 24,300, the 24,200 level is a very important support on the downside as chartists are citing. The 24,250 Put option has also seen significant open interest addition on Monday, making it a crucial level to what. The Nifty Bank also gave up its entire intraday recovery during CAS, but continues to find buying interest around the 57,000 mark.
The end of the results season has resulted in the resumption of block deals and QIPs. Paytm, SPR Auto, Netweb Technologies are those stocks to watch out for. Also keep an eye on crude crossing $90 a barrel and its impact on oil sensitives.
