Two members of the Assured Property Rentals team will transfer to Your Move as part of the deal.

Peter Jarman, owner of Assured Property Rentals, said: “The transaction of the sale of our company to the Your Move franchise group has been undertaken with a smooth process that relieved pressure and the anticipation of disruption.
“From the time that we were contacted by Kate of LSL Estate Agency Franchising, with no broker fees, giving us an indication of the value of our portfolio and a suitable franchise to purchase, our leanings to a sale became positive.
“In the course of a few months all details had been agreed in principal and solicitors engaged.”
