
Major contractors securing places include Wates Property Services, Mears, Equans Regeneration, Axis Europe, Ian Williams, Cardo and UI Social Infrastructure.
The four-year Responsive Repairs & Void Property Framework will be available to participating public bodies across the UK from 1 October.
Forty-two firms have made the line-up for the Liverpool-based procurement body’s biggest predicted workstream valued at £240m for responsive repairs and maintenance.
A further £65m is allocated to disrepair works, while the void property improvement lot is valued at £30m.
Void property security, clearance and pest control is valued at £12.5m, with a £2.5m contact centre services lot completing the framework.
The responsive repairs lot also covers works required to meet new social housing hazard response and performance requirements.
Formal confirmation of places will go out when the standstill period ends on 18 September.
