Officers from the Hastings Neighbourhood Policing Team secured a three-month order for the property in Markwick Terrace, St Leonards, on September 16.
The order was granted under Section 80 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 after ongoing reports of anti-social, criminal, and disorderly behaviour linked to the address.
Neighbourhood officers had already worked with the resident and partner agencies to tackle problems at the property.
But the behaviour continued despite repeated support and engagement, with residents saying they lived in constant fear and faced daily anti-social behaviour.
The order aims to prevent further nuisance, disorder and anti-social behaviour.
Partner agencies will continue supporting those affected.
