As demand at the Port of Ipswich increased, an existing customer needed additional covered storage capacity at short notice to support growing operational requirements. Working closely with the customer, ABP delivered a bespoke solution designed to meet immediate business needs while enabling future growth.
The challenge
The customer needed a covered storage solution in place quickly to keep pace with increasing demand and maintain efficient operations. Existing facilities no longer provided the capacity required to support future growth plans.
The solution
ABP redeveloped a previously underutilised 0.34-acre site at the Port of Ipswich, investing in the design and construction of a purpose-built 6,450 sq. ft warehouse.
The project included a full site redevelopment, infrastructure upgrades and operational reconfiguration to create a flexible storage facility tailored to the customer’s requirements.
Working in partnership with the customer throughout the process, ABP designed and delivered a solution designed around their needs and long-term ambitions.
