Elite Realty Invest launches into the US property market with three Nashville developments
Elite Realty Invest has launched its first US property investment opportunity, marking the business’s entry into the American market.
The North West-based investment specialist has partnered with Nashville developer Richland Building Partners to bring three development schemes to market.
Cam on Third is an off-plan residential development of 120+ units in Chestnut Hill, steps from one of the city’s fastest-growing neighbourhoods. Studios are available from $299,950, and construction will begin in October 2026, with completion targeted for early Q2 2028.
The Jesse, a 58-unit development on East Nashville’s Main Street corridor, is completed and available to invest in now with short-term rental approved for-sale condominiums.
Athena at the Park, a 51-unit development overlooking Centennial Park on Nashville’s prestigious West End corridor, is completed and tenanted, with limited availability.
The US launch follows a record month for the business, which generated £1.5 million in revenue as several of its UK schemes approach sell-out, taking the business closer to its ambition of double-digit growth in 2026.
The move into Nashville is the result of strong existing relationships and partnerships, and forms part of a broader strategy to grow Elite Realty Invest’s global footprint beyond its existing UK and Turkish operations.
Nashville has been selected as its first US market due to its scale of regeneration, strength of employer market, population growth, and long-term infrastructure investment.
Darren Gallagher, CEO of Elite Realty Invest, said: “Nashville is a city we’ve been watching closely for some time. The combination of population growth, corporate investment, major infrastructure development and a shortage of quality housing makes it one of the most compelling property markets in the United States right now.
“We’ve taken our time to find the right development partner and the right opportunity before entering this market, and we believe Richland Building Partners’ three Nashville schemes, incorporating both off-plan with Cam on Third, and complete income opportunities with The Jesse and Athena at the Park, deliver exactly that. This is the start of something bigger for Elite Realty Invest, and we look forward to bringing more US opportunities to our global client base in the months ahead.”
Chris Barnhizer, CEO of Richland Building Partners, commented: “Elite Realty Invest brings exactly the kind of investor relationships and market expertise we were looking for in a partner. Their track record of selling out schemes across the UK, and the quality of investors they work with, gave us real confidence that Cam on Third, The Jesse and Athena at the Park are in the right hands. We’re excited to be working together and look forward to building on this partnership.”
Nashville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, with global giants, including Oracle, Amazon, Nissan, HCA, AllianceBernstein and Bridgestone all choosing it as a major US hub, while luxury brands including Soho House, Nobu and Hermès have followed suit.
The city is the epicentre of a 550-acre urban regeneration programme, one of the largest in the country, with $4.5 billion being invested in its international airport and a new pedestrian bridge connecting its transformed East Bank to established neighbourhoods. Nashville will also host the Super Bowl in 2030, projected to bring $706 million in economic impact to Tennessee.
