A family has found their ‘forever home’ at a new housing development.
Sarah, Lee, stepson George, and their three dogs moved into a three-storey Owlerton property at Taylor Wimpey’s Robin Gardens development in Swindon.
Previously living in a shared ownership property, the couple were keen to purchase their first home together.

Sarah said: “I was always keen on a new build property because of the ability to choose your options and extras and completely customise your home before you move in.
“All we had to do was unpack our boxes and we were good to go.”
After visiting Robin Gardens last summer, Sarah and Lee were so impressed with the site that they returned later the same day to take another look.
Sarah said: “After deciding to take the plunge and move, Robin Gardens was the first development that both Lee and I wanted to go back to, so much so we knew we had to go back the same day.”
The couple were looking for a four-bedroom home and looked around the Owlerton show home.
Sarah said: “With a garage, a kitchen island, a small space for an office or Lego room for me, and a safe, secure garden for the dogs, it ticked all our boxes.
“All this aside though, the biggest attraction for us was definitely the master bedroom, with its own en-suite across the entire top floor of the property.”
Sarah described the buying process with Taylor Wimpey as a “breeze”.
She said: “We had a few little personal hurdles to get over before we could go ahead with the reservation appointment but the sales executives at Robin Gardens, Laura, Gemma and Angela, were so accommodating and understanding of our situation and went out of their way to help us get the plot we so desperately wanted.”

Looking to the future, the family are excited about making lasting memories in their new home.
Sarah said: “We absolutely love our new home.
“It’s light, airy, and has so much more space for our family to enjoy.
“We had a few snags but we can’t fault the aftercare from Shaun, Carrie, and the whole team at Robin Gardens.
“Everything has been sorted quickly and efficiently and at times to suit us.
“We can’t wait to spend many, many happy years in our house.”
