New workflow converts property listing information into narrated video content for digital marketing and buyer discovery
TORONTO, ON, September 9, 2026 (PinionNewswire) — Sam Kamra, a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative with RE/MAX Millennium Real Estate, has launched an artificial intelligence-powered video automation pipeline designed to convert property listing information into narrated YouTube video tours.

The system is intended to expand the ways property listings can be presented online by combining listing details and approved property images with automated video production and AI-generated voiceovers.
The workflow can produce videos describing property features, floor plans and neighborhood information, subject to the availability and accuracy of the underlying listing data. Kamra said the system is designed to reduce the manual work traditionally associated with producing individual listing videos while supporting broader digital distribution.
Connecting Property Listings With Digital Search Platforms
The video strategy connects with Kamra’s broader real estate web presence, including Listing.ca and RealEstateBay.ca, where prospective buyers can search property listings and market information.
Video content published through YouTube can direct interested viewers to these platforms for additional listing details and property-search tools.
Kamra also operates RealEstateBuyer.ca, a platform focused on the acquisition and redevelopment of residential properties. Additional information about the platform’s activities is available through this previously published company announcement.
The company said the automated video workflow is intended to complement these existing platforms rather than replace traditional listing information or professional real estate advice.
Referral and Digital Network
Kamra also maintains a referral relationship with Chris Audette and the team at Real-Estate.ca, supporting referrals between clients seeking real estate representation in Ontario and Alberta.
Buyer inquiries and property information are also supported through SamKamra.ca and SamKamra.net, which provide access to property searches, market information and real estate content.
“In today’s housing market, buyers often begin their property search online,” said Sam Kamra. “The goal of this video automation system is to give property listings another digital format and create additional opportunities for prospective buyers to discover available homes and connect with our team.”
Use of AI in Listing Content
The automation pipeline is designed to generate narrated property videos using listing information and approved visual assets.
Property details, measurements, photographs and neighborhood information can vary by listing and source. Kamra’s team said listing information should continue to be reviewed against the original property data and applicable real estate records before publication.
The system is intended as a marketing and content-production tool and does not replace the underlying MLS listing, property disclosures or information provided by the applicable brokerage or listing representative.
