The Warrington streets where property sales are most frequent

New analysis of Land Registry data reveals the most “liquid” streets in Warrington, where properties change hands the most frequently.

Warrington Road (WA3) tops the list with an average of 14 sales per year over the past five years. It has an average three-year sale price of £275,436.

Manchester Road (WA1) follows with 13.8 annual sales, along with Chester Road (WA4) also with 13.8.

Manchester Road has an average three-year sale price of £255,066, while Chester Road’s is £394,659.

Other nearby high-turnover streets include Rothwell Gardens in Golborne (WA3) with an average annual sales of 20.6, Oakmere Road in St Helens (WA9) with an average annual sale of 14.6 and  Wharford Lane in Runcorn (WA7) with an average annual sales of of 14.4.

The analysis, using Land Registry Price Paid Data and compiled by Brickview.ai, measures liquidity as average annual sales over a five-year period.

Despite fluctuations in individual sale prices, the data does not point to a clear overall trend.

Instead, it reflects the variation that comes with individual property transactions.
