Lichfields has appointed Beatriz Pinol as a planner in its Thames Valley office based in Reading.
Beatriz will work across a range of projects in the region as Lichfields continues to expand. She joins after completing a BSc (Hons) in Geography at the University of St Andrews.
Her studies included GIS mapping and urban analysis, while internships with an environmental NGO and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures gave her hands-on experience of sustainability policy and environmental reporting.
Beatriz’s appointment further strengthens the Thames Valley team as it continues to work across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure and tourism and public sector projects.
Lichfields has established a strong track record in the Thames Valley, with the team advising on schemes including LEGOLAND Windsor, the ongoing Berkeley Homes’ redevelopment of the former Horlicks factory in Slough, and the Cubecold multi temperature warehouse in Theale.
