Along with making the lucky winner a multimillionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw in the Cotswolds will raise money for Cats Protection.

Omaze has guaranteed a donation of £1 million to the charity, helping to fund a brand-new cat centre so more cats can find care and safety.

The funding will help provide services from veterinary care to fostering and adoption, as well as support for owners.

John May, chief executive of Cats Protection, said: “Cats Protection is there for cats throughout their lives, caring for cats who need us, finding them new homes, helping people keep their cats healthy and happy and giving trusted advice.

“Everything we do starts with seeing the world through cats’ eyes and understanding what they need, while never forgetting how much love, companionship and joy cats bring to the people who share their lives with them.

“This partnership with Omaze will help us be there for even more cats and people.”
