A SALISBURY lettings team has scooped two awards at the British Property Awards.
Myddelton & Major, based in Salisbury, was named Gold Winner for Letting Agent in Salisbury and Bronze Winner for Letting Agent in Southern Wiltshire for 2025-2026.
The team secured the top honour in Salisbury for the second consecutive year.

Each agent is “mystery shopped” against 25 criteria across various channels, scenarios, and time periods, with professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, and high skill levels all taken into account.
