Claire Murphy, based in Ilkley, has established Claire Murphy Consulting Limited to provide strategic advice to developers, investors, funders and property companies across the UK.
Ms Murphy, who previously founded Claire Murphy Legal in 2013, said: “This is a tremendously exciting milestone.
“I pride myself on delivering a personal, down-to-earth approach that pairs bespoke structural solutions with rigorous attention to detail, particularly for highly complex commercial property transactions.”
Ms Murphy sold her former firm in 2022 and has now returned to consultancy following a four-year corporate transition.
The market has responded positively to her latest venture, with consultancy arrangements already in place with several leading Yorkshire law firms.
Ms Murphy has more than 30 years of experience in commercial property law, including senior roles at major Leeds and Harrogate firms.
She is also supporting Sue Ryder through ongoing fundraising efforts.
