CBS News Baltimore Live A 73-year-old Maryland man has been charged with lying about his citizenship, misusing social security and committing passport fraud, according to the Maryland U.S. Attorney's Office. Jorge Echeverri is a Columbian national who officials believe entered the U.S. illegally in 1972. According to court documents, he was deported three times and illegally re-entered the country for a fourth time between 1985 and 1987.
