Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets are trading on a cautious note. The Nifty after the initial jitter is now up around 60 points, rising towards 24,950. The Nifty Bank remains under pressure with a decline of 60 points.L&T, Asian Paints, Tata Consumer, Eteranl and Tata Motors PV are among the gainers.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets appear to be on the path of recovery, as the Nifty, after yesterday’s rout, has now jumped over 100 points, rising towards the 25,000 mark. The Sensex index is also on a similar footing, with an uptick of close to 400 points, rising above the 81,000 mark.
The Nifty Bank is now on the verge of breaking below 58,000 after a 1,500-point fall. The banking index is also rising, jumping over 50 points, after trading lower, earlier in the day.
Railway stocks, defence stocks, and more so, the Capital Market names, BSE, Angel One, Groww will remain in focus after analysts cited an earnings risk for them post the STT hike. The sell-off in Gold and Silver also remains a focal point.
