House prices rise at fastest rate since 2022, going up £13,000 in past year
House prices rose at their fastest rate for two years in the twelve months to February, according to the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics.The average UK property rose in value by £13,000 across the year, or 5.4 per cent, based on provisional estimates by the ONS.
