The UK towns, cities and neighbourhoods with the highest property price increases outside London have been revealed. Analysis of median house prices shows that outside the capital increases were highest in Camberley Town, Surrey Heath.The latest figures show a percentage increase of 75.8% in Camberley Town, from £347,750 in March 2023 to £611,250 in March 2024.
