Upgrades will bring new snow-making equipment and a new conveyor system to Nutt Hill.PLYMOUTH – A groundbreaking ceremony for a winter recreation park that has been closed for more than a decade will be held mid-June.  The ceremony at noon June 19 at Nutt Hill, 750 W.
