A retail and office building in Lisburn with tenants including Iceland and Card Factory is for sale at over £2.5m.
Bow House has five ground-floor shops and offices on two upper floors, and other tenants including the Department of Finance, O2 and Vodafone.
It generates net annual rent of nearly £300,000.
Andrew Coggins, senior director at CBRE NI, said: “Bow House is an excellent example of a well-balanced investment asset that combines stable income with strong future potential.
“The property’s established tenant base, strong location, and attractive yield profile make it a highly attractive proposition for investors seeking exposure to Northern Ireland’s resilient commercial property market.”
The building is on Bow Street, described by CBRE NI and joint selling agents OKT as “Lisburn’s prime retail pitch”.
They said it was a “high return commercial investment opportunity,” with annual rent of £285,861.
Mark Patterson, partner at OKT, said: “We are confident that the asset’s solid income profile and strong occupier mix will appeal to investors looking for a well-managed, future-proof asset.
“Its location on Bow Street, the city’s most established retail destination, has ensured high levels of footfall and tenant demand over the years.”
In 2015, CBRE and OKT announced the sale of Bow House to an investor in the UK, after it had gone on the market under the instructions of business advisory firm BDO NI.
