The Apeejay Surrendra Park IPO, Rashi Peripherals IPO, Jana Small Finance Bank IPO, and Capital Small Finance Bank IPO are all set to open, offering opportunities for those looking to invest.

Apeejay Surrendra Park IPO

Apeejay Surrendra Park’s IPO is a book-built issue with a total value of Rs 920 crores. It includes a fresh issue of Rs 600 crores and an offer for sale of Rs 320 crores.

The subscription period opens on February 5, 2024, and closes on February 7, 2024.

The allotment results are expected on February 8, 2024, with the listing on BSE and NSE tentatively scheduled for February 12, 2024.

Investors can participate at a price band of Rs 147-155 per share, with a minimum lot size of 96 shares.

Retail investors can start with an investment of Rs 14,880, while sNII and bNII minimum investments stand at Rs 208,320 and Rs 1,011,840, respectively.

Jm Financial Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and Axis Capital Limited lead the book running, with Link Intime India Private Ltd acting as the registrar.

Rashi Peripherals IPO

Rashi Peripherals IPO is a Rs 600 crores book built issue, entirely through a fresh issue of 1.93 crore shares.

Subscription opens on February 7, 2024, closing on February 9, 2024.

The allotment is expected on February 12, 2024, and the listing on BSE and NSE is tentatively set for February 14, 2024.

Investors can join at a price band of Rs 295-311 per share, with a minimum lot size of 48 shares.

Retail investors can start with Rs 14,928, and sNII and bNII minimum investments are Rs 2,08,992 and Rs 1,000,176, respectively.

Jm Financial Limited and ICICI Securities Limited lead the book running, with Link Intime India Private Ltd as the registrar.

Jana Small Finance Bank IPO

Jana Small Finance Bank IPO is a book built issue of Rs 570 crores, with a fresh issue of 1.12 crore shares and an offer for sale of 0.26 crore shares.

Subscription opens on February 7, 2024, closing on February 9, 2024.

Allotment is expected on February 12, 2024, and listing on BSE and NSE is tentatively set for February 14, 2024.

Investors can participate at a price band of Rs 393-414 per share, with a minimum lot size of 36 shares.

Retail investors can start with Rs 14,904, while sNII and bNII minimum investments are Rs 208,656 and Rs 1,013,472, respectively.

Axis Capital Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited lead the book running, with Kfin Technologies Limited as the registrar.

Capital Small Finance Bank IPO

Capital Small Finance Bank IPO is a book built issue of Rs 523.07 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of 0.96 crore shares and an offer for sale of 0.16 crore shares.

Subscription opens on February 7, 2024, closing on February 9, 2024.

Allotment is expected on February 12, 2024, and listing on BSE and NSE is tentatively set for February 14, 2024.

Investors can join at a price band of Rs 445-468 per share, with a minimum lot size of 32 shares.

Retail investors can start with Rs 14,976, while sNII and bNII minimum investments are Rs 209,664 and Rs 1,003,392, respectively.

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, Dam Capital Advisors Ltd, and Equirus Capital Private Limited lead the book running, with Link Intime India Private Ltd as the registrar.
