Hong Kong actress Charmaine Sheh owns five properties across the territory, with a combined market value of HKD180 million (US$23 million).
The 48-year-old recently expanded her holdings with the purchase of a three-bedroom apartment in North Point’s Harbour Glory, for HKD30 million ($3.8 million). This property spans approximately 1,034 square feet, according to On.
Among her notable investments is a detached house in Nam Shan Tsuen, Sai Kung, which serves as her primary residence.

Charmaine Sheh sees real estate as a profitable investment in densely populated Hong Kong, favoring it over traditional banking. Known for her prudence in financial matters, she usually avoids substantial loans and opts to buy properties within her financial capabilities.
Charmaine Sheh ‘s journey in the entertainment industry began in 1997 after she was named Miss Hong Kong runner-up.
She gained fame as a TVB actress, starring in hit shows like “Return of the Cuckoo” and “The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber” in 2000, “War and Beauty” in 2004, “Beyond the Realm of Conscience” in 2009, “Can’t Buy Me Love” in 2010, and “Line Walker” in 2014.
After parting ways with TVB in 2016, Charmaine Sheh launched her own agency, Charmaine Sheh Workshop Limited, and expanded her career in China. She achieved success with the 2018 series “Story of Yanxi Palace”.
In 2023, she made a return to TVB after a seven-year hiatus, starring in “The Queen of News” and clinching her third Best Actress award at the TVB Awards.
