Real Estate Veterans Launch Arselle Investments, Focused on Investing Through Vertically Integrated Operating Platforms

LOS ANGELES, April 02, 2025–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kev Zoryan and Aaron Greeno have joined together to form Arselle Investments (Arselle), a private real estate investment platform. Prior to Arselle, the founders held real estate leadership roles at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) and Dune Real Estate Partners (Dune).
Zoryan most recently served as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Head of U.S. Asset Management for MSREI and its various private equity funds and before that, as Head of the West Coast and Co-Head of U.S. Acquisitions for MSREI. Greeno was most recently a Partner and Head of the West Coast at Dune. Prior to that he was also a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, where he served as Co-Head of U.S. Investments for MSREI.
Arselle will leverage the founders’ combined expertise of almost five decades of diversified real estate investment experience that spans more than $15 billion of transactions and 52 million square feet. Their investment approach will focus on solving problems that are evolving as a result of the demographic challenges facing many real estate companies today. The platform will focus on creating differentiated access to real estate investment opportunities for investors through select product-focused, vertically integrated operating platforms to generate proprietary deal flow.
“Current real estate market conditions are being exacerbated by rapidly changing technology and professional demographics, and compelling investment opportunities are emerging across various geographies and real estate asset classes,” said Arselle Founder and Managing Partner Zoryan.
“The combination of elevated interest rates, uneven asset fundamentals, and leadership turnover across the industry is creating challenges for many real estate companies. We created Arselle to address these challenges and pair institutional investment and asset management with best-in-class operating platforms to deliver better alignment, execution, and ultimately returns for our investors,” added Arselle Founder and Managing Partner Greeno.
As noted, before his role at Dune, Greeno worked 13 years at Morgan Stanley between New York and Los Angeles, where he worked with Zoryan, who spent a total of 25 years at Morgan Stanley and served in a leadership capacity overseeing many of MSREI’s investments in the Americas.
Greeno and Zoryan also believe strongly in giving back to the industry and community and have both been active members of various educational institutions and industry groups. Zoryan is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and member of the ULI Americas Executive Committee. Zoryan also chairs the Advisory Board for the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate. In these capacities, he recently served on the Organizing and Governance Committee and as a team leader on the Financial Strategies committee for the recently released in-depth Project Recovery report which is a comprehensive plan aimed at helping to guide Los Angeles–area rebuilding efforts in the wake of January’s wildfires. Both Greeno and Zoryan have long served on the Policy Advisory Board at the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. Greeno also serves on the board for the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and is a former member of the Real Estate Advisory Board for the Miami Herbert Business School. He is also an active member of ULI and NAIOP.
