Trinity Hunt Partners, which has more than $2 billion of assets under management, has made significant investments in companies Craft and Verndale, in turn establishing a full-service digital customer experience services platform. The platform will focus on cultivating customer experiences through tailored digital solutions.

“We have been working to build a platform at the intersection of technology and marketing services in this growing and highly fragmented industry for several years,” said Trinity Hunt Partner George Morgan. “We are impressed by both companies’ emphasis on culture, growth, and customer experience, making this partnership a natural fit for Trinity Hunt. We will work alongside the exceptional Craft and Verndale management teams as we continue to develop this industry-leading digital experience platform.”

Founded in 2016, Craft provides research, strategy, and design for digital products and experiences for B2B and B2C customers, with deep expertise in digital product design and innovation. “Craft and Verndale share strong alignment in our client-first philosophies and collaborative cultures, built on a shared commitment to innovation and results-driven partnerships, both of which are also mirrored by Trinity Hunt’s team,” Craft Partner Jeremy Merle said. “By combining our market-leading services and expertise to deliver impactful solutions, we can bring even more powerful digital experiences to fruition.”

Verndale was founded in 1988 and serves as a digital experience and technology services agency specializing in technology implementation, strategy, digital transformation, and managed services. “This partnership is exciting due to the deep expertise in marketing, technology, and business services, paired with the complementary service offerings Craft provides,” Verndale CEO Chris Pisapia said. “This partnership marks a significant milestone in shaping our future ambitions to create great outcomes for our clients and people.”

Trinity Hunt’s service platform will take advantage of the increasing importance of digital touchpoints for customer acquisition and engagement that differentiate, with plans to expand its capabilities through strategic M&A and organic growth efforts.
