Vera Capital will launch its own dedicated digital marketplace powered by Blocksquare’s white-label technology, offering global investors direct access to institutional-grade USA properties via tokenized ownership. The first asset to be tokenized was a $5.4 million commercial property in Fort Lauderdale, featuring a 5% annual return and significant redevelopment upside.
