  • Former NFL kicker Connor Barth has listed an $8.5 million home in Wilmington, North Carolina’s Landfall community.
  • The 7,435-square-foot home, dubbed “The Cypress House,” features four bedrooms, five baths and an infinity-edge pool.
  • Barth purchased the lot for $440,000 in 2024 and developed the property through his company, CB 10 Development.
  • The Cypress House is currently the most expensive listing in Landfall, exceeding the neighborhood’s median sale price of $1.4 million.

After a 10-year stint as an NFL kicker, Connor Barth has begun to make a name for himself as a real estate developer.

His work now includes an $8.5 million luxury home in the Landfall neighborhood of Wilmington, North Carolina that just hit the market. This places the property among the most expensive homes for sale in Wilmington.

Barth partnered with Ivester Jackson Christie’s International Real Estate, Roost Home Building and Kevin Pfirman Architect on the project, according to a news release from Ivester Jackson Christie’s Coastal Office.

According to New Hanover County property records, the former NFL place kicker purchased the lot, 625 Dundee Drive, for $440,000.

The home, which comes in at 7,435 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, is described as “Costa Rica-inspired” according to Marshall Pickett, partner at Ivester Jackson Christie’s Coastal Office who represents the listing.

It features a courtyard, tropical landscaping, an infinity-edge pool and an open-concept layout.

Dubbed “The Cypress House,” the home sits on a marsh-front lot. A golf course is across the street.

The news release for the new listing highlights its location within Landfall, a private, gated community.

“Tucked inside the prestigious gated Landfall community, the estate offers a balance of privacy, sophistication, and access to top-tier amenities — all just minutes from Wilmington’s beaches, dining, and cultural scene,” according to the release.

Landfall is one of Wilmington’s most affluent neighborhoods. According to Redfin, the median sale price for Landfall is $1,400,000. Still, The Cypress House is the priciest property in the neighborhood, narrowly beating out an $8.3-million-dollar home.

Barth operates through his development company, CB 10 Development. The name might reference the jersey number Barth wore both at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and during his stint for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he played for half of his NFL career.

According to the North Carolina Secretary of State website, Barth formed the LLC on June 14, 2023.

Barth played football at Hoggard High School before going on to kick at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where he holds the program record for most consecutive field goals made (19). He then played 109 games in the NFL.

Since he has returned to Wilmington, Connor and his brother, Casey, hold a yearly kicking camp at Hoggard High School. The camp is free for local kids of all ages.

In 2024, Barth was inducted into the Greater Wilmington Sports Hall of Fame.
