Dow futures drop 270 points on tariff concerns; Dollar around 100 levels

US Stock Market Live: Futures on Wall Street are now in the red, indicating a possible start in the red after two days of gains. Futures tied to the Dow Jones are down 150 points, while those on the S&P 500 and Nasdaq are down 15 points and 80 points respectively. Futures had nearly recovered all their losses, with S&P 500 and Nasdaq futures even turning positive, but turned course yet again. The Dow Jones closed 400 points in the green on Wednesday, but not before a fall of 800 points from the highs of the session. Most Asian indices are trading with gains barring those in Hong Kong and South Korea. The US Dollar Index is back towards levels of 100, while Gold has seen dip buyers emerge after witnessing the biggest fall of the year. Tariff flip flip has also resumed on Wall Street, with Chris Wood of Jefferies saying that the best is over for US equities. Watch this space for all the live updates.
