Frasers Property UK has secured Aon, a leading global professional services firm, for a new 8,330 sq ft lease at Farnborough Business Park, Hampshire.
The company has relocated from Briarcliff House, Kingsmead, to Pinehurst 2 at Farnborough Business Park. The move brings together its Human Capital team in a modern, flexible workspace designed to support hybrid working, collaboration and cross-team interaction. The location was chosen for its campus-style environment, strong amenities and access to green space, alongside excellent transport links and accessibility for both employees and clients.

Ziff Davis will occupy Level 11 bringing together its London-based brands, including VoucherCodes, CNET, IGN and Mashable, into one central location. The location was chosen for its modern space and flexibility, tailor-made to support the evolving needs of the business and its employees.
US-based Ziff Davis is a global digital media and internet company whose portfolio includes leading brands in technology, shopping, gaming and entertainment, health and wellness, connectivity, cybersecurity and marketing technology.
