Concierge Auctions announced that the reserve has been met and bidding is officially open at $7.5 million for Anacapa, a newly built contemporary estate perched on a private knoll above the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, California.
Listed for $23 million in cooperation with Aaron Kirman and Simon Mashian of Aaron Kirman Group at Christie’s International Real Estate and Holly Hatch and Chris Johnson of the Holly and Chris Luxury Homes Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, bidding will culminate 29 October via the firm’s online marketplace, conciergeauctions.com.
