The directors of Prime Property Finance have acquired mortgage and protection firm Simpli Financial Solutions in a move designed to expand opportunities for advisers.
The acquisition sees Prime Property Finance and Simpli Financial Solutions come under common ownership, with both firms retaining their own Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorisation, brand identity and propositions.
Prime Property Finance will continue to focus on property finance, while Simpli Financial Solutions will remain an independent mortgage and protection business, providing a platform for advisers looking to build their own businesses under their own trading styles.
