Changes to India’s standing deposit facility rate since April 2022


MUMBAI, June 5 (Reuters) – The Reserve Bank ‌of India ‌held its key repo rate ​unchanged at 5.25% on Friday, as expected, while also ‌maintaining the ⁠standing deposit facility rate at ⁠5%.

The six-member Monetary Policy Committee voted ​to ​keep ​the repo rate ‌unchanged, while maintaining its policy stance as “neutral.”
