For now, players can still list TarCoin on the Flea Market.
Escape from Tarkov developers are preparing to launch a new store called the “Expansion Center.” A new in-game currency, “TarCoin,” will be used to pay for items there.
With TarCoin, players will be able to purchase clothing sets, stash lines, and “other items” — things that were previously only sold on the official EFT website.
Battlestate Games explained that after the launch of the “Expansion Center,” TarCoin will still be found in raids in PvP mode, but some system details will change:
- TarCoin will no longer occupy space in the stash. After completing a raid, all extracted coins will be automatically converted into a number on the players’ accounts.
- All TarCoin currently in players’ stashes will be automatically converted upon the release of the “Expansion Center.”
- It will be impossible to list TarCoin on the Flea Market (trading platform). All existing lots at the time of the “Expansion Center” release will be removed, and the coins will be automatically converted.

The developers plan to sell TarCoin packs through the Expansion Center, on the official website, and on Steam.
The “Wild, Wild Woods” event in Escape from Tarkov will soon conclude. By completing the quest, players can earn a special achievement for their collection.
