Four charged in counterfeit currency ring ‘victimizing multiple businesses’: police


Four men have been arrested and charged for allegedly passing counterfeit $100 bills in Cumberland County.

18-year-old Tameer Foster, 22-year-old Terrance Williams, 20-year-old Kyair Wesley and 19-year-old Rahmir Foster have been charged with forgery and theft by deception.

Lower Allen Township Police were dispatched to dessert restaurant Royal Chocolate, located at 5204 Simpson Ferry Road on Dec. 28, 2025, where police say the four suspects were found using the counterfeit money.

Officials report the suspects “were found to have been involved in a wider ring of counterfeit currency victimizing multiple businesses” in Lower Allen, Hampden Township and other locations in Pennsylvania.
