Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The GIFT Nifty is trading lower, hinting at a negative start, meahwile crude has ticked up above th $93 mark. The 50 stock index slumped further, towards 24,200. And once again, it’s the late CAS surge, which softened the blow. Among Nifty 50 constituents, JSW Steel, Hindalco and Tata Steel were the top gainers, while SBI Life, Adani Ports and Bajaj Finance emerged as the biggest laggards.
The broader markets were no better, and were in a mixed bag as the Nifty Midcap 100 rose 0.13%, while the Nifty Smallcap 100 declined 0.26%.
Just like that, even the US markets also closed mixed with the Dow picking up ever slightly, and the Nasdaq falling nearly a percentage point.
Moving into this new week macro and global factors, along company wise outputs will remain to movement in the market.
